Presented by Penn Libraries and the Graduate Student Center
This workshop will introduce steps and considerations for publishing a book — from transforming your dissertation to writing a proposal, approaching editors as an early career scholar, and what actually happens between submitting your manuscript and publishing it with a university press. The workshop will focus primarily on conventional publishing while also introducing considerations for open access and born-digital publications.
Light lunch will be provided.
Cosponsored by the Wolf Humanities Center.
