This second performance in the Penn Presents Gospel Series will feature Dottie Peoples, known as the Patti Labelle of Gospel Music. She will be accompanied by the Philadelphia-based Gospel Music Preservation Alliance and the David Winslow Singers. Her concert, which begins at 8:00p, will be preceded by a free open to the public talk by Clayton White on the history and practices of Gospel Music.

This concert is made possible by the Philadelphia Music Project and the University of Pennsylvania's Diversity Fund. The Penn Humanities forum is pleased to cosponsor along with WHAT-AM and WDAS-AM and Penn's Center for Community Partnerships.

Tickets are $34, $28, $23 and $16 dollars with discounts for seniors, students, groups and University of Pennsylvania faculty, staff and alumni.
